By booking a ride with Cheap London Minicabs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made via phone, website, or our mobile booking system.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation SMS, email, or phone call.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if incorrect information is provided.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.
Luggage and Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings.
Cheap London Minicabs is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles.
Please inform us if you are carrying large or excess luggage during booking.
Wheelchair and Accessibility Services
We provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles upon request at the time of booking.
Please ensure you inform us of any special requirements in advance.
Changes to Terms
Pricing and Payments
All fares are quoted in advance and are fixed unless changes are made to the journey.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, or changes to the route.
Payments can be made in cash, or via secure card transactions where available.
Airport pickups include free waiting time (up to 30 minutes after flight landing). Charges apply beyond this.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must ensure they are ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
It is your responsibility to allow sufficient travel time to reach your destination.
Passengers must behave in a respectful manner towards drivers and other passengers.
No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed in the vehicle
Delays and Liability
While we strive to be punctual, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Cheap London Minicabs shall not be held responsible for missed flights or appointments due to such delays.
Safety and Insurance
All our vehicles are fully licensed, insured, and maintained to safety standards.
All drivers are professionally trained, DBS checked, and fully licensed.
